May 17th Gulf Therapy Paddle

Service Description

Join the local surf & paddle community for a dose of "Gulf Therapy." Let's tackle mental health issues with a simple recipe - saltwater, sun & sand! We meet at the Western Lake boat launch on Hotz Avenue and paddle board the lake down to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico at Grayton Beach. We then paddle in the Gulf. If conditions are rough, then you can swim and just enjoy the beach and connect with the Gulf Therapy tribe. Parking can be challenging, if you cannot find parking at the boat launch or by the shops on Hotz Avenue there is also a gravel parking lot on Hwy 283 and the county tram starts at 7am. Just let us know if you need a board left.
