Dec.19th Santa Paddle + Sauna @The Space

Join the local surf & paddle community for a special dose of "Gulf Therapy." This is our Annual Santa Paddle to spread some holiday cheer on the water. Come in your best Christmas gear and kickoff the holiday season right. This year we have a special treat for you after the paddle for a Holiday Celebration at The Space in Grayton Beach. This new space is a dream and they will have the barrel sauna ready for us as well as two ice baths and open air gym. They will also be treating us to homemade hot apple cider, bone broth cocoa, egg bites and some other goodies. This is your chance to checkout The Space and have a fun morning with the Gulf Therapy Tribe. The cost is on us! The weather is actually expected to be warmer so we would love for everyone to do the paddle AND the sauna celebration but if you can't make the paddle, still join at The Space around 9am. We meet at the Western Lake boat launch on Hotz Avenue and paddle board the lake down to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico at Grayton Beach. We then paddle in the Gulf. If conditions are rough, then we can just enjoy the beach and connect with the Gulf Therapy tribe. Parking can be challenging, if you cannot find parking at the boat launch or by the shops on Hotz Avenue there is also a gravel parking lot on Hwy 283 and the county tram starts at 6am. Just let us know if you need a board left. **This time of year is colder so be sure to dress accordingly or wear little water booties (can find on Amazon).
