Sept. 19th Paddle for Peace BYOBoard $40

Service Description

Join us for the 6th Annual Paddle for Peace in Grayton Beach & Western Lake. This is a fun, purposeful day on the water and Gulf Therapy's annual event to raise funds and awareness for mental health. This registration INCLUDES A BOARD RENTAL. If you are bringing your own board, please sign up for the general $40 registration. This ticket will include a board rental, coffee and pastries upon arrival, optional sound healing, intentional paddle, live music on the dock overlooking Western Lake until 4pm and lunch. There will be merch and raffle setup all day at Hotz Coffee for additional purchase. Location is not at the boat launch but on the beach by the edge of Western Lake, just east of the Grayton Dunes beach access on Garfield street off Hotz Avenue. Please park at the gravel lot at 1427 County Hwy 283 S and the county tram starts at 6am. If you are local, be sure to register in advance for annual parking pass, or it’s pay per day parking. Donations go towards paying for people's therapy when in need, amongst other Gulf Therapy assistance. The event's opening ceremony begins at 9:00 AM, with check-in starting at 8:30 AM. We plan to be on the water by 9:30 AM. For those who would like to begin the morning with a more intentional, grounding experience before heading out, an optional sound healing session will begin at 9:30 AM.
